Trusk has raised EUR 7 million from Daphni, Via ID, Global Founders Capital, Kima Ventures and investiere. investiere contributed EUR 1.7 million to this round.

Trusk has developed a last-mile-delivery system that consistently makes customers happy. This, in turn, make large retailers such as IKEA, which rely on transporters for delivering their goods, turn to Trusk as their preferred transport service. They are, in fact, the biggest advocates for adoption. The ingredients how Trusk is winning large corporations as customers are a digital process dispatching transport jobs to the right people instead of paper chaos, a Trusk academy that selects and trains drivers in customer service and central customer service that is available 7/7. The result is a reliable on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

“Trusk is the leading last-mile delivery marketplace for heavy goods in France, with almost 500 different stores connected to the Trusk network”, says Chris Gay-Crosier from investiere.

The funds raised will fuel Trusk’s expansion in new European markets. “Switzerland is the first market on our expansion roadmap”, the founders say in our interview.
