Archilyse, the startup that makes architectural quality digitally measurable, raised CHF 4 million in a Series A financing round led by PropTech1 Ventures. SIX FinTech Ventures and Swiss Immo Lab as well as existing investors participated in this round. Verve Ventures contributed CHF 1 million.

Based on data analytics, Archilyse provides qualitative KPIs to empower decisions and optimise processes along the entire real estate value chain. In our interview, founder Matthias explains how this works.

“Archilyse’s market positioning thanks to a technologically advanced product is unique. It is based on complex data merging algorithms and parameter analysis. The complexity of this approach is a strong entry barrier for potential competitors”, says Romeo Bütler, Investment Manager at Verve Ventures.

Archilyse will use the funds to extend its product offering and launch an easy-to-use web application. The company will expand its international presence with a focus on the DACH region, the Nordics, the UK and selected destinations within the APAC region.
